Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Plasmid Digital Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your business needs. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to our services.


1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can request cancellation of services by sending an official email to marketing@plasmid.in.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the project enters the execution or design phase. Once a project has been initiated or partially delivered, cancellations may not be accepted or may incur charges.

  • For monthly services like social media management or ad campaigns, a minimum 15-day notice is required before the next billing cycle to process cancellation.


2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds will be provided for services that are already delivered, partially completed, or initiated, including but not limited to:

    • Website development and designing

    • Digital marketing and performance campaigns

    • Graphic design and branding materials

    • WhatsApp or Google ad budget spends (once paid to third-party platforms)

  • If a client cancels a project before it begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative and consultation fees) may be provided, subject to approval.

  • Refunds for advance payments will be considered only in rare cases where the service is not delivered due to our internal failure or inability to start the project.

  • If your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods with 7 -10 working days

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name purchases, third-party subscriptions, ad budgets, and plugin licenses purchased on the client’s behalf are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Services that are paused by the client and not resumed within 30 days will be marked as completed and will not be eligible for refund.


4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is applicable, you must submit a written request with valid reasons at marketing@plasmid.in. Our team will review your case and respond within 5โ€“7 working days.
